Our Mission

Empowering African communities in Prince George’s County through unity, advocacy, and cultural representation.

We have to begin to understand and recognize the impact that African community has on Prince George's County, not only are you voters, and you contribute, but you are literally driving the economy here in Prince George's County. Nearly 50% of the businesses here in our county are African-owned. And when you look at those that are employers, because you employ a lot of people, it's even more significant the impact that you're making. So what we want to do is we want to grow that. We want to expand that. Because when you are doing well, when you are prosperous, the county is prosperous. There's more opportunities, not just for people who are from the continent, but what you do is you embrace all people.
